No, this is an invitation-only event. We are unable to accommodate any guests that are not listed on your invitation.
What time is the ceremony?
We will be getting formally hitched prior to the celebration. This is strictly a reception to celebrate our union.
What does semi-formal attire mean?
We recognize this is the union of two cultures as well as two people. Wear what you would to a wedding that you feel comfortable in, preferably dresses and suits.
Are any activities outdoors?
Cocktail hour and reception are in climate controlled settings. There is an outdoor space overlooking the Fox River for those that wish to use it.
Are children allowed?
While we love the little ones, this is your chance to enjoy a night out sans kids… you deserve it!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be. Drink responsibly :).
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Your presence at our wedding celebration is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a wedding card box will be at our reception and a registry has been provided as well.
What if I can't get valet parking?
If valet parking is unavailable, there is free street parking with no time limit. City lot parking is available throughout downtown Aurora, 1-3 blocks from the Meyer Ballroom. Local parking is also available for a fee at the municipal garage located on the corner of Stolp Avenue and Downer Place, just one block south of the ballroom, or at the HCA self-park garage, located on Galena Blvd, just one block west of the ballroom.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, there is a designated smoking area in the outdoor plaza on Galena Blvd.
